I need something reasonably priced that moisturizes and promotes soft hair growth. I need a shampoo and conditioner as well. I'm using garnier fructis sleek and shine shampoo and softee extra virgin olive oil. The shampoo makes my hair dry and the softee makes it greasy which I don't like. Thanks for your help.
