I am african american and i am trying to grow out of a relaxer (back to my natural hair) so it has to be a salon that uses no chemicals, but i also want a salon that can cut my hair properly (with razors, as well as scissors). Any referrals?

If you have natural hair DO NOT use a Dominican hairstylist!!
